It's likely the best map to farm atm, however I have never farmed akatiti nor winter wonderland nmhcmm myself so I can't say anything about those. Going over 200 doesn't seem to help much compared to just a plain 200, but it should still, in theory, help a little. You must start at least 2 waves before a reward to receive it. These maps are very simple and give great gear. What is nightmare? It's the level above insane, and unlike the ramp from hard to insane, the ramp from insane to nightmare is brutal.
